Blanche Neige

Blanche Neige means snow white in English. Originally, it was named 'Witte Koster', which I guess it means white cluster, its outstanding feature. According to google searching, I found that it was named 'Blanche Neige' or sometimes called 'Snow White' following the renowned Disney's Snow White.

Blanche Neige is a polyantha rose that is so resistant to disease. This rose seems to share a common character with miniature rose for being mini as well. Easy to be confused, it is. By the way, Blanche Neige has white flower which comes in clusters and has no fragrant at all. One thing I love so much about this rose is its flower shape. It is more or less cupped, depending upon the weather is like. These photos were taken in December, which is comparable to, likely, spring season of warm climate countries. During this time, Blanche Neige is very flowering and looking healthy.

its buds, look just like jasmin

young flower sometimes has pink tint

Leaves are somehow long and pointed. I guess it's a trait of polyantha rose. You don't have to believe me, lol
